WAR's "Lowrider" is the theme song for the ABC series "The George Lopez Show". The series drew an average 7.2 million viewers last season and is currently airing nightly in national syndication on Nickelodeon and the CW Network. Lopez also uses "Low Rider" as the theme music for his official website www.georgelopez.com.

On iTunes, WAR tallies more than 230,000 digital music downloads and more than 140,000 ringtone downloads since the release on March 15, 2008. On YouTube, WAR's video clips list more than five million hits. An average of 25,000 WAR tracks per week are enjoyed by fans on MYSPACE and the MYSPACE page listing 125,000 unique visitors last year. Latino Inaugural Multi-platinum, multi-cultural recording group WAR performed live in Washington's historic Union Station for the Latino Inaugural Gala-George Lopez jammed with war and thrilled the audience with his wit and great comedy. Other performers include: Jeniffer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Alejandro Sanz, and many more. "Renewing America's Promise, Celebrando el Cambio" in honor of Barack Obama becoming the nation's 44th President. After 40 years of making some of the greatest music for all cultures from "Low Rider," to "Why Can't We Be Friends," WAR realized their own dream, performing at a Presidential Inauguration. WAR's music has touched all of us at one time or another. In 1975 when the Russians and Americans hooked up together in space NASA played "Why Can't We Be Friends?.

WAR: What is it good for? Just the most memorable hits of all time, including "Cisco Kid", "Low Rider", "Why Can't We Be Friends", "Slippin' into Darkness", and "The World is a Ghetto".

During the past four decades, WAR has released 19 albums and has achieved ten top 10 "Billboard" Pop and R&B singles. "The World Is A Ghetto," which is also featured on these sets, was honored as the Pop Album of the Year in 1972 by "Billboard Magazine".
